Mill Panel B.V. processes personal data when consent has been given for this. This is the case, for example, when a contact form is filled in on the website. In addition, Mill Panel B.V. processes personal data when this is necessary to enter into or perform an agreement with a customer and/or supplier. This is the case, for example, when a quotation is requested, when an order is placed, or when Mill Panel B.V. itself places an order. In such cases, Mill Panel B.V. will also request consent for the processing where possible. The legal bases for processing are therefore (i)consentand/or (ii)that the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party, or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
Recipients

Where no specific retention period has been set for certain data in this Statement, a period of up to one year applies after (i) the duration of the relationship with the data subject or (ii) any applicable statutory retention period. The personal data is then destroyed.
Rights of the data subject
You can submit a request to Mill Panel B.V. to access, receive, amend or delete your personal data. You can also object to the (further) processing of your data. If Mill Panel B.V. processes your personal data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
