AluLight®

The AluLight® door panel is a real all-rounder because it has a superb U-value, has good burglary resistance and combines it with an approx. 25% reduced weight compared to the AluPlex® door panel.

The AluLight® door panel is available in a large thickness range and from 66 mm this panel is ideal for passive constructions, where high thermal insulation values are a 'must'. The face plywood of this door panel has a thickness of 13 mm and they are surface routable. The stiles can be supplied up to a width of 20 cm on customer specification.

Construction
Routable faces both sides, extruded polystyrene (XPS) core and special inner layer for stability. AluLight® has 2 moisture-resistant aluminium layers of 0.3 mm thickness.

Okoumé peeled veneer, sliced veneer in various wood types on request. Other top layers on request.
